About Me

• I reside in Greenville, Texas with my husband, Randy Wineinger. Together we are blessed with five children and seven grandchildren.
• For the past seven years, I have served as the Chief Justice Clerk for the Hunt County Justice of the Peace, Pct. 4 (Quinlan), where I managed the daily operations and support the court in ensuring justice is carried out efficiently and fairly. In March 2025, I further advanced my qualifications by earning my State Certification as a Certified Civil Clerk, demonstrating my ongoing commitment to professionalism, accuracy, and service to the community. 
• With more than 250 hours of state-approved continuing education in county government, I have gained extensive knowledge of county operations, policies, and best practices to better serve the people of Hunt County.
• I am a graduate of North Harris-Montgomery County College in Humble, TX. where I earned a degree in Business Management. 
• In 2012, I was elected Tax Assessor-Collector for San Jacinto County, where I served the community with dedication for five years (2013-2017). During my tenure, I gained extensive experience in property tax administration, public service, and local government operations. 
• I was the founder and first president of the Republican Women of SJC Club, where I helped establish a strong network of conservative women dedicated to promoting community engagement, supporting local candidates, and advancing civic involvement.
• I served as Treasurer for the San Jacinto County Republican Party from 2010-2017.
•  I  served as Treasurer for the Hunt County Republican Party from 2018-2021.
•  From 2018 to 2022, I volunteered as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate), where I advocated for the best interests of children in the foster care system
• I am a current member of the Greenville Chamber of Commerce and was an Ambassador for two years.
• I am a current member of the Lake Tawakoni Regional Chamber of Commerce.
• I am a current member of the Hunt County Senior Service Alliance. 
• I am currently serving as a Hunt County Board of Advisors for Paris Junior College.

• I believe that government should serve with efficiency, transparency, and courtesy. As your County Clerk, I will ensure that services are delivered promptly, records are maintained accurately, and every resident feels welcomed and valued. 
• Hunt County deserves a Clerk's office that is professional, dependable, and most importantly have a County Clerk that is approachable. Together, we can make sure that every visit to the Clerks Office is a positive experience  - where you leave knowing your time mattered and your needs were met. 
• I will be a  full-time County Clerk and fully dedicated and available to serve you 24/7. I am committed to ensuring that every resident has direct access to me, and I will gladly provide my personal cell phone number to anyone who may need assistance at any time.
